Return & Exchange Policy

We can accept items for return or exchange as long as they have not been worn, washed, or altered.

Items we CANNOT accept for returns or exchanges:

• Embroidered items
• Items missing original tags
• Items purchased more than 90 days ago
• Any shoes whatsoever unless a defect is suspected

If you prefer to mail it to us, please include the following in your shipment:

1. A copy of the receipt
2. The item to be return/exchanged
3. A note with the following information
   1. Your phone number
   2. Your email and whether you would like to be notified when we have processed your return/exchange
   3. Whether you would like to return/exchange the item. If you are looking to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to get instead.
